Healing can feel excruciating. It can feel lonely and dark. At times you feel like you're in this teeny tiny room and the dark is closing in on you.. FAST.
- But even though you have thought of giving up about 1000 times, there was this little fire inside of you. This strength, this voice saying: "Keep going."
And even though you might feel a little lost right now and like everything is just too much for you to carry.. You have found me for a reason. Because you don't. You don't have to do it alone.
This is my 'why'
This is where the seed got planted. After dealing with all the dark stuff and repeating cycles and walking rounds, basically running from myself.. I came out on the other side. Realising that I wanted to make healing a lot easier for others.
- So that you don't unnecesarily repeat cycles.
- So that you stop running from yourself and learn to sit in the stillness sooner.
- So that you have the courage to sit with the dark, whatever it wants to show you.
- So that you don't feel alone.
Healing is not an everlasting story, but it's an important one. The work that you do today, resolves pain, fear and anger for all generations to come. Believe me, your ancestors are waiting..Â
